I went through a very hard time after my divorce and during that time I also had an accident that made me go on bed rest for months it was a very depressing time of my life. my physical therapist lake forest suggested me to take proper rest and do the exercises to help me regain and recover fast. all these hard time has thought me to don't give up and keep moving. time will pass things will get better and you will be okay in the end. everything happens for a reason.
