Hi,
I have a 17 month old and a 5 year old, has anyone done 50/50 custody with kids this young and did it work? I am hearing that most fathers are getting 50% custody if they are asking for it. I have no intention of keeping my ex husband from the kids but i feel like he is operating with the idea of "winning" and not wanting to pay more $ and not in the best interest of the children. Any advice on this?

Hi. If you want custody of your child, then you need to look for a skilled and qualified lawyer. My friend took the custody of his child by hiring the lawyer Bechara Tarabay. You can check this out if you want to know about this lawyer. Also, search on Facebook, Yelp, Local directory and LinkedIn about lawyers in your area. The lawyer knows how to file a case and he will guide you the best.

I need kids to fill a lot of time - and have great connections - with both of their ā€ˇparents after a separation. yet there are a few issues and potential entanglements with bound physical custody.
