Original Title: GH2984 Forged Ring GH984 Seamless Pipe 984 Pipe GH2984 Heat Treatment System GH984 Characteristics and Application GH984 Density Nickel-based superalloy series materials-Shanghai BSM Special Steel Group GH2984 Overview: GH2984 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening superalloy with a working temperature of 700 ℃ ~ 750 ℃. The alloy is solid solution strengthened by elements such as chromium, molybdenum, niobium and the like, and forms a precipitation strengthening phase by a small amount of aluminum and titanium; and the alloy has good long-term lasting strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, good cold and hot workability, better structural stability and weldability. Application overview and characteristics of GH2984: The alloy has been used to make superheater tubes for naval and supercritical boilers at 700 ℃ ~ 75 ℃. After ten years of application in naval boilers, the results are good and have been put into mass use. Compared with the nickel base alloy of the same use,titanium bar grade 5, the alloy can save ω (Ni) by 32% ~ 34%, and does not contain cobalt, so the cost is low. After long-term aging, a small amount of σ-like particles precipitate,titanium round bar, which has no effect on the properties of the alloy, and there is no intergranular corrosion in the alloy under different heat treatment conditions and during welding.
