My son is 3 yo. My now ex met a girl online while we were still together and within a week he was having an affair (she told me she knew he was married w kids) with her thru FB. In less than 3 weeks he was "in love" and gone. He moved back to Utah, his new gf lives in WV w her 3 kids. We still had almost all of our things in storage in Utah since we left rather fast due to family circumstances here in Texas. He went back and started selling all of OUR things and instead of giving me half of what was made like we agreed, he kept it all and within 3 more weeks bought a $700 plane ticket to meet her. Meanwhile I have a disconnect notice for our electricity! He spent 11 days with her and flew back to Utah. (What kind of mother lets a stranger stay with her and her kids for 1 night, much less 11???) My sons birthday is on the 26th and up until 2 weeks ago (right after his trip) he had said he was coming down for my sons 4th birthday party and now he has been saying hes not sure if he can make the trip. 3 days ago he said he wanted to give up his parental rights because he says he is going through too much and cant handle it. 2 days ago I found out she was moving to Utah. I asked him when and he says the end of the month. So now everything seems to make sense to me. He can't make the trip down for his sons birthday because that little homewrecker is moving in. And since she has 3 kids already he can't be bothered being a parent to his own son because he will be too busy playing daddy to her kids! WTF??? I am so angry! She knew he was married. She knew my sons birthday. She has not only destroyed my family, now she is removing my son completely. I know my sorry ass ex plays a big role in all of this. I want to harm them both. Serious harm. I don't know this sorry excuse for a woman, but I don't think that since my ex has completely lost his f***ing mind that I should allow my son to go with him. Is there some sort of mental evaluation that I can ask the courts for or is there any time period that I am allowed to require before he visits him (she has money so flying back and forth wouldn't be an issue). I don't think that after being with someone for 11 days is enough to know someone regardless of how much they may talk, text, skype or any of that. I am so angry that my son has to even go through this! I don't want my son anywhere near this sorry ass woman and I'm not even sure he is safe around his father after everything he has said. What can I do? File a protective order??? (he did threaten me before, but since he is in Utah I didn't take him seriously) I know he is SEVERELY depressed and has been for years now. I need some serious help! I am looking into talking to a therapist, but im just so angry right now!
