I had been living in a verbally and physical abuse for many years, I had never accused my husband,since i always had been afraid of him, but this past month I got the courage, confront him, and told him i want to get divorce and that we should, seek a mediator and do this in a friendly manner way for our kids,He said he will made sure that happen.
next day in the morning Decem. 25th got arrested by the police taking to the Psychiatric hospital saying i was crazy, and my husband & my kids had been pressing charges again me, saying I tried to kill him??? at that moment I was so confused, i couldn't believe what was happening.he just did that in order to get me out of the house, filled a restrain order and completely manipulated our 2 colleges kids braving them with money and frightening them not to paid colleges tuition. :( so they could be on his side and never be concern about money. I am out of the house now with no money, not being sufficient to him he went back into the police,and filled for a felony.. the police got me arrested again, and a friend had to paid a bail in order to get out, now i have a court day, I still can't believe this is happening to me, and that he is capable of such a terrible thing in order not to give me spouse support.he is such a cold calculator liar,I am extremely depressed with not hopes and faith, for human beings anymore, I need help and guidance from any of you, I don't think anybody had been in a situation like mine:((( Thanks for your feed back
