The injury bug bites the Jets again, as TE Chris Herndon and G Brian Winters both suffered injuries that will end their season. Apparently Winters was hurt badly to start the year, but opted to play through it instead of getting surgery. Even though Winters is widely considered a JAG and a meme at this point by Jets’ fans, I have to give him some credit for sticking through the injury even with the team being as bad as they are. "I think it's something that you're always trying to get better. The results of these last three games haven't been what wanted them to be.
