I am recently divorced, and my ex and I are keeping my son at home, while we go back and forth weekly between the main house and an apartment. It is most definitely what is best for my son, and my ex and I get along well enough that we can pull it of. I would love to connect with someone else who is also doing this with their family. I have moments where I am fine with the whole set-up, then others where it is quite difficult emotionally for me. There is nobody else in my area who is doing this,(I am in a small town), and feel kind of alone with the whole thing.
