Three months back, I was riding my car from Alberta to Ontario. I was accompanied by my sister and her 3-year-old little daughter. We were quite relaxed and were driving with moderately low speed when compared to all other days.

It was very sudden, a huge truck came opposite to us. The driver was running the truck in the wrong direction and even though we diverted our maximum to avoid a collision, the mishap happened. We were hit by the car and my sister's daughter was severely injured.

Doctors said that she may move to permanent coma if not properly treated. So we gave her good medical treatment and the medical charges crossed all our expectations. We can't afford it anymore.So that, we are planning to move forward a lawsuit against the accused truck driver claiming some amount of compensation.
