I broke up with my boyfriend of six years and as soon as I made him move out I kept our 2 girls from him and didn't let him see them or speak to them until he filed for custody. My attorney told me that no matter what I have a 90% chance of getting full custody anyway but with his help and a few lets say dirty tactics I am sure to win. First I can file a PFA against him, The attorney says that I don't even need proof, it wont matter, it will get dismissed but I can just file another one. By the time they both get dismissed , he would have not seen his girls for months. I' want to teach him a lesson. That I am in control of our children and he doesn't see them unless I say so. I want more money from him than child support gives me and that is how I will get it. He loves his girls and wants shared custody. he says they need a fathers bond also. I say I can find a new man for that.

Sure he was a good father and never abused me, but my attorney says that doesn't matter. I can accuse him of abuse and then he is practically guilty.

Any other moms out there have success getting sole custody when the father has a good attorney and doesn't have anything real that would make them unfit. He is really trying hard and told me he wont stop until he gets shared custody.
