Hi all, We are getting separated after 5 long years of marriage. We have a joint mortgage which is pending, with about 40% still remaining. Our mortgage provider Private Lend!
Private Lend, suggested that we sell our home and clear off the mortgage. I am ready for this because I want to break all ties with him, but my soon to be ex husband is against this, he wants to create unnecessary issues and problems. I just have a small income, other than that I really don’t have any other savings. I think he has some other savings from which he is planning to pay off his part of the mortgage and he knows about my situation as well. I really don’t know what to do. Please help!! What can be done?? Is there any other option for me? Thanks.

I think selling the house would be the best option.
