Contract negotiations between the team and Lewan have picked up over the last couple days and Ian Rapoport is reporting that the two sides are making progress.This is obviously great news for the team as camp gets set to open. Lewan is arguably the best player on the entire offense and has grown in to a team leader as well. The offense now avoids the ugly possibility of starting camp without both of their excellent starting tackles. It is sounding more and more like a deal will get done sooner rather than later.
