London label E.Tautz has unveiled its Spring 2017 collection, which is inspired by the fans, players and landscapes of lower league football in Europe. At the start of the 1995 football season, Dutch photographer Hans van der Meer began traveling Europe to capture lower league football matches; the players, the spectators, the playing fields, the landscapes, and townscapes in which they sat. The picture he painted was compelling, diverse and quite odd, as men played out their unrealized dreams of playing as a professional. His images of scarves on terraces, bad tackles and old men shouting told epic, tragic, and often very comic stories of sporting struggles among people of all classes and backgrounds. It is precisely this aesthetic that E.Tautz’s latest collection is inspired by: the heroes of European lower league football. Highlights come in the way of brown double-breasted duster jackets and collarless sport shirts, while the inspiration filters through more clearly among the cotton track tops and the assortment of bomber jackets. Elsewhere, LEBRON JAMES 13 short tailored shorts match the look of football shorts from years gone by, and are complemented with shoes by Christian Louboutin. Upon being debuted this week at Pitti Uomo, here we get a look at Jeremy Scott and Moschino’s upcoming spring/summer range. The designer and the Italian fashion house have fused together various aspects from moto-inspired detailing and even royal European touches. The result is a vibrantly-shaded range of styles that will no doubt be turning heads, one way or another. After unveiling their thinnest smartphone to date last week, Samsung have just revealed two new ultra-thin tablets. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 measures in at 5. NIKE PRESTO WOMEN 6mm thickness, shaving 0.5mm off its biggest competitor, the Apple iPad. Available in two new sizes – 8-inch and 9. NIKE LEBRON 14 7 inches, each tablet weighs 265 grams and 389 grams respectively, and features a 2048 x 1536 pixel super AMOLED display allowing for crystal clear image and video viewing. Running on Android 5.0 Lollipop, the Galaxy Tab S2 includes an octo-core processor running on four 1.9GHz and four 1.3GHz cores, with 3GB RAM and either 32GB or 64 GB internal memory, with an option of expanding to 128GB via additional microSD cards. An eight-megapixel rear camera and 2.1-megapixel front camera round out the technical specs. Available in either black or white, Samsung has announced that all models of the Galaxy Tab S2 will go on sale around the world in August, however, a price is yet to be announced. Source: Tech Crunch
