Just like you’d expect, this Triple Black iteration of the Adidas Superstar Womens Sale comes with a Black leather upper, rubber shell toe, branding and sole unit. There are a few parts of the shoe that don’t come in Black, and those include the branding on the tongue and the White Boost, which can be seen on the medial side of the midsole. Already available internationally, expect these to drop stateside in the near future.What makes this pair stand out from others is the fact that the upper is constructed out of a snakeskin textured leather. White detailing, which serves as a contrast, is then seen on the three stripes branding, heel tab, shell toe, and the rubber midsole.


Adidas teams up with photographer Fernando Schlaepfer, cultural producer Gessica Justin, designer and sneakerhead Hayala Garcia, and creative director Marcela Ceribelli to help this Adidas Originals Superstar Womens sneaker come to life. The main objective of this design was to honor the city and its beautiful surroundings. The city of Rio is represented by having the shoe comes in a combination a Blue, White and Beige. These colors were chosen because they best represent the asphalt and sand from the city. If you take a look at the heel, you will find a surfboard and skateboard graphic. Below you ill see a speckled, dark gum sole to round out the asphalt/sand theme of the shoe. One feature definitely worth noting is that part the sole was constructed from recycled material.


Also part of the new upcoming Parley x adidas Ultra Boost collection is this pristine version of the Adidas Ultra Boost Black. As we noted before, the collection that released in May was inspired by the blue color of the Oceans. This time around the new colorway recalls the coral bleaching crisis threatening the oceans, and is also symbolic of the white flag humanity should raise in order to make peace with the oceans, to end marine plastic pollution with a collaborative approach: The Parley AIR Strategy which stands for ‘Avoiding’ the use of plastic, ‘Intercepting’ plastic waste and ‘Redesigning’ the plastic material itself.The Parley x adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged features a White Primeknit upper that is made out of reusing an average of 11 plastic bottles per pair. Even the laces, heel webbing, heel counter, heel lining and sock liner covers are made from recycled PET material.


While the Adidas Ultra Boost White was offered last summer in conjunction with the 2016 Summer Olympics, the 3.0 version of the silhouette is suggested to receive another bronze makeover, this time on the signature boost sole unit.Already seen in red, silver and all-black, aside from its traditional white finish, this bronze boost will be the latest colorway to grace the model.Sporting a tonal black primeknit upper to further emphasize its midsole, the sneaker also features a leather caging system for additional flair, while the recognizable TPU heel counter is blacked-out as well.
